this is an image of a similar model chriscraft constellation that looks a lot like one of the many motoryachts that
I salvaged over the years only to have it illegally taken away from me by the local authorities of that time and destroyed
later without my consent or authorization. When it was new it was valued at over 770,00.00. It could have been overhauled
and repaired-the motors were valued at about 25,000.00 each. I was never paid for this salvage prize even though payment
for my services is and was required by law. I wanted to set this vessel up on blocks at the marina road entrance and use it
for an office by cutting a door in the side and hooking up utilities.
these are similar models to the 1979 mack western cruiseliner single axle cab over truck that I bought
without an engine for 500.00 in Rosenberg-TX.
I earned my diesel mechanics diploma from this truck and an old motor that I paid about 850.00 plus transportation expenses
for both.
It was lost to me due to the county declaring it an eyesore after making me move it around from place to place-
it
was perfectly safe and out of the way where I originally parked it-
I had spent several months
cleaning and painting it-
several us marshals deputies told me that after I got thru with it
it looked creampuff-
my brother Clifford Ward was the one who complained to the county-
another
in a long line of lies-libel-slander-
and perjury committed by this person costing me dearly.
Clifford Ward is an
extremely dangerous socio-psycopath-
a known and proven liar and a thief as well as a known arsonist
and
suspected murderer-
and is not to be trusted for any reason.
He is also the person
who committed numerous actions of arson
over the years burning a large group of vessels of
every description-
after I made Captain it became my responsibilty to have this person permanently
barred
from entry to any marina-harbor-waterfront-or dock area or to seek service in any merchant

Please remember that when this website was first created 2003-2004 I was recovering from an attempted murder by a very
large person who tried to beat me to death over a period of several months,leaving me with severe head and eye injuries, and
at the same time while working on the internet, I was draining a very bad tumor from my head-as well as recovering from dental
surgery to remove bad teeth. This made it very hard to be coherent at times but I wanted to record everything while I had
the chance!! I was very worried and afraid of being killed by criminals or by my brothers before I could leave a public record.
And in case you are wondering, this is not a scam or some fantasy BS-all of this is real life and really happened-the

I made a trip to Washington DC in person to file and register my copyrights in person at the Copyright Office of the
Library of Congress-you can see what a fat lot of good it did me!!
One question came to mind while I was reviewing this site to make corrections-
could the internet industry be charged in Federal Court for receiving stolen property??

It all goes to my children where ever they may be including first rights to my copyrights
and other financial and property rights that might also exist.
In the event that none of my children can be found or located-
the bulk of my estate is to be used to create a financial institution or foundation
to help other people
around the world who have heterochromia like I do by providing assistance in
housing-
medical needs-education-legal defense-and to create a community to house people with
heterochromia -
since we are discriminated against more than any other type of group and this type
of assistance
will help many people who really need it-
(I envision something like a Paolo Soleri type of city)-
as well as to provide daily living support-
a legal board will have to be created to handle these matters at that time.
A restraining order or order of protection is a form of legal injunction that requires a party to do, or to refrain from doing, certain acts. A party that refuses to comply with an order faces criminal
or civil penalties and may have to pay damages or accept sanctions. Breaches of restraining orders can be considered serious
criminal offences that merit arrest and possible prison sentences. The term is most commonly used in reference to domestic violence, harassment, stalking or sexual assault. In the United States, each state has some form of domestic violence restraining order law,[1] and many states also have specific restraining order laws for stalking[2] and sexual assault.[3]
Restraining and personal protection order laws vary from one jurisdiction to another but all establish who can file for
an order, what protection or relief a person can get from such an order, and how the order will be enforced.
When the abuser does something that the court has ordered him or her not to do, or refuses to do something the court has

One footnote concerning the registration of my copyrights-
I mailed copyright registration documents to the copyright office as early as
1980-81 -
but I was told on several occasions
that they had never arrived or they were returned as undeliverable-
as were several complaint forms mailed to the US District Court concerning copyright violations
infringement also returned as undeliverable-
a
serious crime involving obstruction of justice by tampering with-theft of-or impeding delivery
of federal court documents by mail-as well as tampering with-theft of-or
impeding delivery of the mail.
This was
reported to the Postmaster General on several occasions-
she
told me that she could not understand why the mail had not been delivered.
I then sent the court mail to her for delivery and it arrived.
It was only after I appeared at the copyright office in person was I able to
successfully register my works-
and it took
another 6months to a year to receive the registration documents
in
which time the first of many copyright violations that I had noticed occurred in the tv show Battlestar Galactica for the
Battlestar Galactica Starship.(An exact replica of my copyrighted design.)

and use them for an office-I was never paid for any of the vessels taken away from me by force-this constituted a series of

below is a map of the Freeport Shrimp Docks on Brazos Street-every single agreement that I made with the people here
regarding salvage and other matters was broken by them-every vessel that I have salvaged here over the years has been stolen
from me and not one of the defendants was ever prosecuted!!
this is a hatteras sportfisherman similar in appearance to the
first motoryacht(a mid to late 60s hatteras 58ft sportfisherman with a very long bow deck) that I ever successfully salvaged-while
in jail on a false arrest report it was burned to the waterline by an arsonist. Mine was a wood hull-very extravagant with
lots of room inside for an onshore office up on blocks.

The same local judge was also responsible for declaring over 7000.00 worth of firewood cut split and stacked by me to
be an eyesore and had it removed with a group of backhoe bucketloaders and dumptrucks by the city of Clute

The same local judge refused to file a complaint and warrant for the person who broke into my bedroom four or five times
and tried to beat me to death with a baseball bat-saying that in effect that if I tried to defend myself I would be tried
as a threat to society-even though the crime was by law aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to commit serious
bodily harm and injury-causing me to have glaucoma and threaten the loss of sight in one eye and serious head injuries.
The defendant was never arrested for any crime of assault he commited on numerous other occasions and always managed
to file a false arrest charge against me leading to further assaults while in jail on these false arrest reports.
I was always either taken by surprise attack or was too hurt or sick to defend myself-the local police never did anything
to stop this person-who was also responsible for the arson of numerous vessels stored next to my home while I was away-always
waiting for me to leave so that he could do the damage while I was away.
The same person has already spent time in a federal prison and was given an early release from a 40 year sentence after
spending only four years of the 40 year sentence.

Over the years the same local judge was responsible for numerous agricultural felony larcenies by using false arrest-one
year I had over 5000 fully grown collard plants stolen from my vegetable gardens while in jail on a false arrest charge-they
waited until all of the plants were stolen and removed before they let me loose-I was repeatedly beaten up while in jail on
these false arrest charges-only one example of numerous felony larcenies this local judge was responsible for over the years-one
year it was over 10,000 tomato plants. Another year it was over 7500 okra plants-the same year they took over 2000 sunflower
plants. I found out later that they had been taking the produce to the local county jail to feed the prisoners. Do any people
running this county know anything about constitutional crimes?

gulf shrimpboat that was given to me for salvage by the shrimpboat store years ago while sunk at the Freeport Harbor Shrimpdocks-while
in jail on a false arrest report charge it was demolished with a crane by the City of Freeport without my knowledge -consent
- or authorization-they moved right in after it became known who the salvage rights were given to because they knew that the
local authorities would do nothing to stop them.

At this point in time-considering the amount of time that has
passed since I filed my copyrights registration in 1984 and filed my first copyright violation complaint in 1985-with
absolutely no real response from the US District Courts who are responsible for handling copyright violations cases as per
the advice given to me by the Library of Congress-it appears to me that the only way that I am going to get any kind of justice
from these cases is to Recommend Impeachment and Disbarrment of the US Magistrates and the US District Attorneys who have
been supposedly handling these cases by the US Senate Impeachment Committee for Malfeasance-Rackeetering-Criminal Fraud-and
Obstruction of Justice.

The same case defined above concerning defamation of character in order to discredit testimony or evidence can be
said to hold true of the persons responsible for the mass destruction and theft of over 25million dollars US property value
of collectible motoryachts-skiboats-small shrimpboats--and other vessels salvaged by me in my professional capacity as a shipwreck
salvage captain over the past 25 years-Federal Maritime Law specifically states that it is a class a felony larceny to remove
a salvaged vessel from the possession of the salvagor--in this case me-without payment for professional salvage services rendered--(this
was a ruling passed down by a US Magistrate from the New Jersey District-which in effect makes it a Federal Statutory Law)-to
give an example--I charge 5000.00 to salvage a dockside sunken motoryacht--I was never paid for any of the vessels that I
salvaged over the years even though federal statutes require that payment. Nor when promised the ownership of any vessel I
salvaged was any agreement ever honored--the persons in question lied in order to fraudulently obtain my professional salvage
services without payment--which also constitutes a class a criminal fraud and felony theft of professional services by breach
of maritime verbal salvage agreement---and in some cases filed false arrest reports in order to remove me from the scene so
that the theft or damages could be perpetrated without my interference. Not one of the criminal defendants to the best of
my knowledge was ever arrested or prosecuted. Even though numerous complaints were filed by me with the US District Court.
(obstruction of justice)In one case concerning the arson of a group of 6 or 8 skiboats next to my home-I wound up spending
6 months in jail for trespassing in my own home after I swore out a warrant for the arrest of the arsonist-a form of
retribution by the arsonist defendant. The Arsonist was never arrested, nor were any of the other criminals that committed
all of the thefts and destruction ever arrested. Even though their identity was well known and they freely and openly admitted
to everyone their guilt. (And the local judges were fully aware of the situation.)
