Before anyone starts cheering at a group of people for "getting
away with it" start thinking about the case precedent being set forth whereby the US Government can take anything that they
desire from any person without cause--remember that any judgement ruling set forth by a US Magistrate in effect becomes the
same as statutory law-thereby when the US Magistrate declared that my copyright registration form was declared inadmissable
evidence in a copyright violations case-he set forth the precedent to declare that any persons copyright document could be
declared inadmissable evidence-in effect he was saying that copyright law has no place in a US District Court of Law-this
is a constitutional crime being committed by the US Magistrate as well as the US District Attorneys office. As well as a clear
case of obstruction of justice and other criminal and/or civil offenses.

At this point in time-considering the amount of time that has passed
since I filed my copyrights registration in 1984 and filed my first copyright violation complaint in 1985-with absolutely
no real response from the US District Courts who are responsible for handling copyright violations cases as per the advice
given to me by the Library of Congress-it appears to me that the only way that I am going to get any kind of justice from
these cases is to Recommend Impeachment and Disbarrment of the US Magistrates and the US District Attorneys who have been
supposedly handling these cases by the US Senate Impeachment Committee for Malfeasance-Rackeetering-Criminal Fraud-and Obstruction
of Justice.

this binocular telescope design series was originally created and
copyrighted by David J Ward on July-13-1984. It was one of many of my designs stolen from my design portfolio on file with
the archive system of the Library of Congress National Archive System.

This design was originally intended to be a deep space craft-the design shown here is what you might call a technological
offshoot of the original copyrighted design for a spacecraft of that design. Copyright July-9+13/1984 David J Ward-it looks
completely different from the original but employs the same design technology-such has been the influence of my work. This
is a good example of technology being used for a purpose entirely different from that of it's original intended use.

The RIB vessel currently in use around the
world by law enforcement agencies for harbor patrol and customs is an excellent example of one of my designs being used and
put into production without any sort of payment or financial compensation-and without any type of written agreement as is
required by Federal Statutory Law-this design is one of many being used today that were stolen from the copyright office national
archive system and used without permission or payment. Even without my special id markings it would be completely evident
that I am the creator of the design just by looking at the copyright archive drawing.
Whether or not you believe me--I am telling the truth--this design so closely resembles my copyright portfolio design
registered and stored in the Copyright Office National Archive System of the Library of Congress in WashingtonDC that I can
safely say that this is a design stolen from that archive system from my portfolio--(this is the X-33 space shuttle design).
The nose section and sides look different but the hull design is not changed very much-which is why I tried to file
a copyright for each and every section of my design work.(The design shown here is what you might call a technological

As a matter of public record--the people of that time when this all
started were not acting in the interests of the state of Texas--nor were they acting in the interests of the people of the
state of Texas--nor were they acting in my interests--the people of that time when this all started only had one objective
in mind when they started all of the problems that I and other persons face today--I had something that they wanted to steal--(the
copyrighted designs and my motorvessel salvage prizes)--and the only way that they could accomplish that goal was to embark
on a long tirade of character assasination or what is more commonly known as defamation of character in order to discredit
any defense that I may have to offer or to discredit any evidence that I may have to offer for their prosecution--I have proven
this many times over.

Over the years-attempting to earn a livelihood or to become successful in business
in this area can be compared to having a man standing behind you with a loaded gun 24 hrs a day with the gun pointed at all
times to the back of your head-and the man tells you that if you ever succeed at ANYTHING in life-or if you make any attempt
at all to try to succeed at anything in life--that man will pull the trigger.

The same case defined above concerning defamation of character in order to discredit testimony or evidence can be
said to hold true of the persons responsible for the mass destruction and theft of over 25million dollars US property value
of collectible motoryachts-skiboats-small shrimpboats--and other vessels salvaged by me in my professional capacity as a shipwreck
salvage captain over the past 25 years-Federal Maritime Law specifically states that it is a class a felony larceny to remove
a salvaged vessel from the possession of the salvagor--in this case me-without payment for professional salvage services rendered--(this
was a ruling passed down by a US Magistrate from the New Jersey District-which in effect makes it a Federal Statutory Law)-to
give an example--I charge 5000.00 to salvage a dockside sunken motoryacht--I was never paid for any of the vessels that I
salvaged over the years even though federal statutes require that payment. Nor when promised the ownership of any vessel I
salvaged was any agreement ever honored--the persons in question lied in order to fraudulently obtain my professional salvage
services without payment--which also constitutes a class a criminal fraud and felony theft of professional services by breach
of maritime verbal salvage agreement---and in some cases filed false arrest reports in order to remove me from the scene so
that the theft or damages could be perpetrated without my interference. Not one of the criminal defendants to the best of
my knowledge was ever arrested or prosecuted. Even though numerous complaints were filed by me with the US District Court.
(obstruction of justice)In one case concerning the arson of a group of 6 or 8 skiboats next to my home-I wound up spending
6 months in jail for trespassing in my own home after I swore out a warrant for the arrest of the arsonist-a form of
retribution by the arsonist defendant. The Arsonist was never arrested, nor were any of the other criminals that committed
all of the thefts and destruction ever arrested. Even though their identity was well known and they freely and openly admitted
to everyone their guilt. (And the local judges were fully aware of the situation.)
